Below are a few things to take into account regaridng our 2024 promotion:

1. Eligibility and Registration: Free Client accounts are limited to successful new applicants who meet our target ideal customer profile characteristics. We generally approve Client account applications from business leaders in senior roles with declared/verified access to budgets for consulting and professional services.

2. Project Submission and Contract Requirements: Lucky winners can submit as many project briefs and enter into as many contracts as needed. Each project submission will adhere to our screening vetting process, and all service poviders will be supported to maximize customer success like any other engagement.

3. Offer Details: While there are no admin/platform fees via this promo, service providers still need to be paid for their awesome services. Also, billing and payments will continue to be processed, as usual, through the MeasureMatch platform.

4. Terms of Existing Contracts: This promotion is valid for new Client account applicants only.
   ‍
5. Compliance with Platform Policies: Even with a free account, all Client account holders are still subject to MeasureMatch's terms of service, code of conduct and privacy policy, including payment processing, confidentiality and non-circumvention.

6. Dispute Resolution and Liability: MeasureMatch will help to facilitate any dispute resolutions but ultimately accepts no responsibility for resolving any disputes between the clients and service providers. Please see our Terms of Service for details.

7. Changes to the Offer: If there's a possibility of changes to the offer terms, we will communicate how these will be handled and what rights customers have in such scenarios.

8. Termination of Offer: We don't foresee terminating this offer, but if we do we will do so with clarity and care.
