Payment terms are net 10 business days. When net 10 terms are not acceptable, clients may be required to pay 50% of the project value in advance, which will be held in escrow until payments to service providers are required.

How do I archive/delete my MM account?

To archive or permanently close your account, log in, then go to the top right corner where it says your name, select Settings and select Archive/delete account. If you wish us to also delete all your data from our records please email us at hi@measurematch.com.

How quickly do MeasureMatch service providers get paid?

MeasureMatch typically processes payments out to service providers within 5 UK business days following receipt of funds from clients.
