Product Update: Dashboards & Matching for MeasureMatch Partner Exchange Customers To Maximize Customer Success, Partner Growth and More

Earlier this week we announced dashboards for MeasureMatch Client account holders.

Today, we're upping the ante.

It's time for bigger and better - dashboards for Partner Exchange customers!

Just like their Client account counterparts, Partner Exchange account dashboards include elements to more easily navigate, learn and derive more value.

Caveats: Right between Alpha and Beta

The MeasureMatch marketplace tools, features and functionality specifically for SaaS and enterprise software vendors, called the Partner Exchange, are quite unique and still very early in their development.

So you know what we mean by "right between Alpha and Beta", Wikipedia helps with these definitions,

"Alpha software may not contain all of the features that are planned for the final version" and "...a beta phase generally begins when the software is feature complete but likely to contain several known or unknown bugs." These things are true about the Partner Exchange (PX).

So, while we have paying PX customers and we're onboarding more, our near-term plan (likely until the end of 2022) is to focus on building and refining this part of the marketplace so that it's really amazing from early 2023.

For startups to large enterprises, MeasureMatch is the marketplace platform connecting business leaders with amazing consulting and professional services partners.


The very top of your dashboard provides one-click access to "Active Projects" for those PX account holders who are buying services.

There are two core types of project/contract status:

  • Live

  • In Negotiation

  • In Contract

You'll also be prompted if you have unread messages, new proposals and more.

Just click to get to the project-level communications where you can do everything you need.

Notes: We're planning to completely overhaul Messages, including the proposal and contract management workflows, and the payment processing and rating/review experinces, too. We recognize the first version of these elements aren't terribly optimal. Lots of great stuff coming!


Just below "Active Projects" are eight tiles featuring a set of "Stats".

They include:

  • [Verified Service Provider] Partners

  • SPs Featuring Your Product

  • *EOIs Submitted by Partners

  • *Contracts Completed by Partners

  • *Latest Partner Contract

  • *Average Partner Rating

  • Service Packages

  • [Partner] Marketplace Views

We'll add more stats and optimize them to be more useful soon. All ideas welcomed.

*Expression Of Interest (EOI) and contract-level visibility of service provider partners is only available to Partner Exchange account holders who are booking services directly. All other stats are high-level performance indicators and will never disclose partners' identities, unless granted by partners.


We're actively building platform elements that live up to our name, MeasureMatch!

To that end, we're investing more software development time and effort into matching your account, your services requirements and your organization's technographic profile to both service providers and Partner Benches.

The former, service providers, are featured just below the "Stats" section of the dashboard.

And the latter, Partner Benches, are at the bottom.

In time, we'd like to go well beyond this kind of [basic] matching to accurately predicting which systems and/or data professional services you, your organization and your customers' organizations can and should benefit from through our marketplace.

These dashboard elements, like every newly released feature or added layer of functionality, will evolve over time.

We'll likely get some things wrong, but we'll act fast to fix or refine so your experience is as amazing as possible.
