Partner Hubs are visible to all marketplace participants, but at different levels of access. Client can see Partner Hubs when technology vendors have verified/approved a minimum of three channel partners. Expert account holders can see all Partner Hubs - and, of course, they can submit expressions of interest in establishing new relationships, or existing partners can get in touch to request a partner verification badge for their profiles. Lastly, technology vendors will have a high level of visibility of all Partner Hubs from late July 2020.
Good question. All MeasureMatch Expert account holders have been screened and/or interviewed by us (we do a lot of calls) or they were invited by technology vendors. The fact that we're seeing a 95%+ average star rating across all contracts to date suggests we're onboarding the right professionals into the supply side of the MeasureMatch platform.

Yes. Each technology vendor’s Partner Hub comes with functionality for clients to get in touch with tech vendors directly. It's important to note that we’re not in the business of monetizing software sales (only professional services). All commissions, referrals, affiliate fees are strictly between service providers and their technology vendor partners.

It's still free, but we'll introduce a subscriptions pricing model in the second half of 2020. There will always be a limited free level of access.
Good question. The differences are not insignificant. Partner directories are often no more than a relatively small collection of logos directing existing and prospective customers to service partners’ websites. In some cases, technology vendors require fields to be populated to enable lead generation. These kinds of directories are easy to initially set-up, but they are difficult to maintain and evolve into measurable, additive value. The time and cost, as we’ve learned from large and small tech organizations, are rarely returned.
