A Tag Management Audit + Implementation contains three major components: 1) a Measurement Plan 2) a review of the existing Tag Management implementation on your site (if applicable) 3) creation & implementation of a new Tag Management container or updates to an existing container The goal of the measurement plan is to document business objectives & KPIs and then see if the actions tracked on the website provide information to fuel those business objectives and KPIs. Upon completion of the audit, you will receive a document scoring your implementation versus best practices. This review will include but is not limited to: -Tag Settings -Trigger/Load Rule Settings -Variable capture and transmission -Data Layer quality -eCommerce data completeness and accuracy After the audit, we would ensure that the following is all covered: -Proper implementation of container snippet on site -Creation of standard triggers/load rules for conversion actions identified in measurement plan -Configuration of built-in and user-defined variables to capture relevant information documented in measurement plan -Addition of current marketing tags configured with applicable triggers and variables -Integration with Web Analytics platform with detailed eCommerce reporting -Documentation
