The service consists of 3 phases as follows: - The first phase is a Diagnosis of your operations (including processes, values, structure, KPIs, OKRs, methodologies, infrastructure and much more). - The second phase will culminate in a detailed plan that connects the dots between the current and future state with clear and specific actions, as well as the required budget. - The 3rd phase is the execution of the plan until full completion. This can be done either by myself as an external PM, by your own resources with myself as a consultant on an as needed basis, or completely without my involvement. This phase is subject to further discussion and is not part of the advertised price of this Service Package.

2. A Detailed plan leading from the current state to the desired state.
3. The execution of the plan in a lead role. consulting role or no role at all (if the client desires to exclude this from the package). This deliverable is not included in the price of the package as it is subject to the way it will be executed
