The service consists of 3 phases as follows: - The first phase is a Diagnosis of your operations (including processes, values, structure, KPIs, OKRs, methodologies, infrastructure and much more). - The second phase will culminate in a detailed plan that connects the dots between the current and future state with clear and specific actions, as well as the required budget. - The 3rd phase is the execution of the plan until full completion. This can be done either by myself as an external PM, by your own resources with myself as a consultant on an as needed basis, or completely without my involvement. This phase is subject to further discussion and is not part of the advertised price of this Service Package.
