Description

For the company/brand looking to bring Programmatic in-house or for the agency looking to strengthen their Programmatic offering. My service includes:- 1) Ongoing consultation including campaign planning and management 2) DSP/Google Ads set up 3) Pixel set up (including DSP pixel and GTM) 4) Vendor curation and set up (PMP set up/pricing and management) 5) Campaign planning and strategy templates 6) Analytics set up This will be a one-off payment with an option for weekly or monthly upkeep if additional pixelling, vendor management, campaign management or education/consultation is required.

Deliverables

Campaign strategy and activation Creation of campaign strategies ranging from always on to seasonal campaigns allowing you to plan campaigns for the quarter, half or year. In addition, I will recommend KPIs, DSPs to use and channels to run campaigns on. If needed, I will also facilitate campaign set ups helping you reach said KPIs while optimising periodically.

Tech set up This ranges from PMP creation to pixel and GA set up with clients. In addition, if required, the service will encapsulate DSP advertiser set ups on both traditional DSPs you work with as well as Google Ads depending on which your prefer.
