for 1 Month This package has enabled our clients to launch fully functional (beta) products -- leveraging their innovative, new concepts -- to deliver working software products to their customers. We enable our clients to receive real customer feedback that is critical to establish product/solution value (product-market fit) before making a go/no-go decision to invest more or less. In this package, we own the entire product: (1) business side: product strategy, project management, client management, customer-facing tasks, and (2) technical side: product delivery and hosting*. Our engineering leader, who has over 20 years of global experience in software building, will lead a team of 2 full-time developers. We deliver the following as part of this package: - Product: Vision & strategy, go-to-market strategy/options, competitive analysis, roadmap & prioritization, user research, designs, and product success metrics - Design & Development: Front end/UX, full-stack development, standard API integrations with existing platforms, hosting a live product or a mobile app (maybe an additional cost your infrastructure), etc. Additional items, such as, go-to-market execution (Direct sales, SEM, social media messaging), custom integrations, etc. based on some specific business needs can be added in two days: (1) As a replaced deliverable: We agree not to work on product strategy or GTM strategy but take your GTM strategy and execute within the standard package (2) At an additional price: We bolt on additional services to the package, hire the required experts and add to our competitive price.
