This service package involves production of a full RFP to be distributed to appropriate Marketing Automation / CRM / Data Warehousing vendors, the development of a business case to support internal buy to the technology change, review of all RFP responses and management of face to face pitch presentations, including evaluation scorecards and selection advice. Having run and responded to multiple pitches client and agency side, I will help ensure (a) Clients have correctly defined and clearly articulated RFP documentation, (b) The case for change can be clearly articulated and sold in to the business via a business relevant business case (c) All RFP's are extensively analysed for short comings / watch outs and only vendors appropriate to the clients needs are invited to the next stage and (d) Pitch presentations are evaluated equally and fairly based on the relevant merits of products proposed versus client requirements.
