Description

The purpose of this Service Package is to understand and define which data are necessary to track for your business goals. 1) A brief call to understand your business and website to understand the current status of analytics implementation 2) Review of the Key Business Objectives (KBO) if you already have defined those; otherwise I can support on that. Typically the KBO are group by different categories (e.g. Site Performances, Campaign Effectiveness, Customer Interactions, etc.) 3) For each KBO a set of KPIs will be defined in order help you to understand which kind of data you need to collect to measure the performances The outcome of this package is a functional document, we can choose the format but usually is a mix of powerpoint and excel, that describes: - the identified business objectives with a detailed description - list of KPIs related to each business objectives with specifications (data, formula, etc.) The whole activity can take in considerations any kind of constraints or bottleneck in terms of application development or timeline. This service package is a preparatory step to any Analytics implementation and is technology agnostic. It is the starting point of technical design and specifications.
