Set up GTM Container on all pages (requires access to webmaster or direct communication with dev team)
Ensure that pageviews and events can be defined for later use within GTM (if needed, through the use of a datLayer: https://developers.google.com/tag-manager/devguide#adding-data-layer-variables-to-a-page agan, this will require access to the backend or collaboration with your developers)
Create initial/important Tags (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Criteo, etc.) firing on standard ecommerce events (conversions/leads)
If needed, train your team/marketers on how to make basic changes/improvements to the tags, set up new ones, or even track other types of events
