We will deliver a full Google Analytics 4 implementation for your website using Google Tag Manager and a Data Layer, integrating it with any of the following: - Google BigQuery - Google Search Ads - Google Display & Video The process will start with a requirements gathering session, where we'll discuss what your business goals are and what information we need to capture on the website to better understand its performance against them and how it can be optimised. After that, we'll create a Business Solution Design document and a Data Layer specification that your developers will have to implement. While the Data Layer gets implemented we will set up a Google Analytics 4 Property with its Views, and a GTM container with all its rules. Next, we will perform a thorough QA on your staging environment to ensure the Data Layer is correctly implemented and the tracking is working as expected. Finally, after the changes in staging have been approved, we will coordinate with your developers to launch the changes and perform a last round of QA in production.
