Multi-Phase Roadmap Based on customer feedback and alignment on initial recommendation CMO Labs will build out a multi-phase roadmap detailing new systems roll-out, measurement approach, audience segments, campaign triggers and actions; as well as implementation roll-out based on business wins and iteration cycles, as well as cost and resource requirements.
Systems Implementation Strategic Oversight and Advisory Technical advisory and oversight support among service/tech vendors, agency partners and customer teams. Can include strategy support in defining and launching initial onset of audience segments and multi-channel campaigns via the CDP and outbound connectors such as DMP and CRM.
