This is a collaborative process that identify viable AI and ML solutions to core business challenges. It is run (due to the on-going pandemic) as two, 2 hour online sessions and delivers: + Clarity on where the bottlenecks are for the business and how (and if) an AI/machine learning solution can help. + Product Primers - Definitions of solutions to the specific business problems, including user requirements, success criteria, potential analytics and data science approaches, data requirements, and key dependencies/risks. + A way forward - We will provide a proposal for a Prove Phase for the product of choice, where we would demonstrate its effectiveness with real data. Session 1: Value chain review - Value chain/company process to be mapped in advance Pain points - Identification and detailing of main pain points in process Solutions - Creation of solution ideas to address the challenges identified Session 2: Prioritisation - Value vs complexity, identification of top 3 solutions to explore Product Primers - Deeper dive into each solution, to create product definitions Next Steps - A delivery roadmap to highlight the phases of work, including immediate, short and long - term actions to provide a clear line of sight to value capture What we ask of clients: > 4 hours of their time - It’s a tight schedule and we believe in real focus over a short period to maximise the effectiveness of the exercise. > Up to 6 Key stakeholders - Ideally these are the people who know most about the area of the business to be improved, and the people who will benefit from those improvements. > A mapped out business value chain - In the online SparQshop it’s really useful to have this prepared in advance. > A decision maker - Sometimes we simply need a decision to allow us to move on. What we do: => Discover high-value opportunities by analysing the end-to-end business value-chain to uncover processes, systems and users that can work better, cheaper and faster. => Identify solutions which would address the highest value opportunities. => Prioritise solutions by exploring and estimating value vs delivery viability. => Define solutions in our simple but effective Product Primer template.
