2.1 A review of all existing business data activities to identify their metrics. The output will be a spreadsheet detailing the metrics identified for each data activity.

2.2 An attribution process for scoring each metric, based on its impact on business performance. This allows us to identify the critical KPIs for each data activity. The output will be a spreadsheet detailing the scores for each metric with a summary sheet that presents the critical KPIs for measuring your business performance.

2.3 The development of a tagging framework to capture the required data for each KPI. And then a review of your existing tagging across your data activities to identify gaps and make recommendations for optimisation of your existing tagging (N.B. this does not include amendment of existing, or implementation of any new tagging recommendations - if required, this can be costed separately, once the tagging brief is complete). The output will be three spreadsheets - the tagging framework, the tagging gap analysis and the tagging brief for optimisation of your existing tagging.

2.4 The design & build of a data activity reporting dashboard to present each KPI in a way that allows stakeholders to understand their impact on business performance and therefore make informed business decisions quickly. The data dashboard can be supplied as an automatically updating spreadsheet or through data visualisation/reporting tools such as Tableau, QlikView, MicroStrategy etc. (subject to software licenses).
