About us: We are an HRTech startup launching a proprietary application and need a BI expert to help us establish a number of baseline BI dashboards for our respective customer channels. The brief: We are acquiring a Microsoft BI Power Tool license and need a BI power tool/data expert who can help set up and structure our descriptive data sets and subsequent reporting dashboards. Ideally, someone experienced as we do not have this expertise in house and therefore need to be strategically guided around the best approach, starting with the completion of a data inventory etc. Our proprietary application is connected to multiple back end systems & tools that will also act as data sources for the end product. Consideration to embed dashboards once established is also a factor - we have a development house that can support us here under the right person's guidance and instruct. Business Outcome Hypothesis: BI dashboarding will help us to define the success of our HR application and give us greater intelligence around the impact on our customers & users. Insights will also help us to ensure we deliver marketing advantage by demonstrating evidence backed Return on Investment for our customers.
