I have over 13 years of international experience in pharmaceutical industry across the business segments Rx (non-generics, generics, biologics, biosimilars), OTC and Food/Dietary Supplements. I began my career from management consulting firms IMS Health, TATA Consultancy Services (The Nielsen Company) and Genpact and later moved on with top global pharmaceutical companies Alcon, AstraZeneca, Abbott and Mylan on various roles across Corporate Strategy, Business and Financial Planning, Commercial Operations, Business Development and International Sales. In my last corporate assignment, I was responsible for leading the Strategy and Commercial Operations for Emerging markets. I led Business Planning and Analysis process, Strategic Corporate Projects such as potential business evaluation, due diligence for M&A (Agila, Famycare, Abbott EPD, MEDA) and post-merger integration and Strategy Planning, Implementation & Tracking for emerging markets. During my line experience, I worked with top consulting companies McKinsey, BCG, PwC and ZS Associates for more than 25 global projects. In 2016, I took an entrepreneurial direction and founded a company where we aim to simplify strategic, operational, business development and market access complexities. So far, we have executed and successfully delivered >15 small & medium size global projects and 2 large scale projects to startup a new pharmaceutical company from the foundation to commercialization. In Dec 2018, I completed one major project in Spain, where I provided acquisition support to the investors to buyout Laboratorios Pérez Giménez in August 2016 and joined the project since inception in March 2017 as an interim Director Global Strategy and Business Development with aim to startup the company and establish international sales and business development.
