Italian from Naples by birth and heritage. Citizen of the world by choice. An engineer from Federico II in Naples (1998), MBA from IESE (2003) in Barcelona, DBA (2015) from the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. Filiberto has international and diverse work experience, from the very beginning: as a young graduate, he joined Procter & Gamble in Brussels, where he worked as a market researcher, in the laundry and fabric softener categories. In 2001 he relocated to Barcelona to earn his master’s degree, and upon graduation, he joined Plush Design in the Catalan capital, as a marketing and strategic insight consultant. For the design boutique, he led several engagements in the luxury sector and fashion. In 2005 he joined Auberon Growth in Amsterdam, a strategy boutique where he led projects from Heineken, Philips, and local media giant SBS projects. In the Netherlands, he also worked for Philips Consumer Electronics, as sr. Director of End-User Innovation, before joining Campari in 2007, for whom he bounced between Montecarlo, St Maarten, Mexico, and Brussels. After a year of commuting between Brussels and Amsterdam, for Disaronno, he relocated to Warsaw, where he is currently based. In Warsaw, since 2012, I have run many interim and advisory board projects and many consulting engagements through my boutique Amati & Associates.
