With a career spanning over 10+ years, I have a well rounded knowledge of performance marketing and mostly its acquisition channels and strategies. My first roles were very operational and hands on, first within the SEA team at Groupon followed by the display team at zalando. Although my career evolved and I took on leadership and consultant roles, such as the one I held at Project A (a leading European VC), I made a conscious effort to still be involved in the operational tasks of my teams. Acting as an acquisition and marketing consultant for 45+ portfolio companies, my latest role has provided me with more strategic and project management skills, while also expanding my knowledge about B2B and SaaS business models. I have also been responsible for training and onboarding team members on all things performance marketing and have worked closer with the BI and Data teams to build actionable reports and define company wide KPIs.
