OptioPay is an online payment platform operating within the highly sophisticated German marketplace. It has recently launched a new payment product as part of its portfolio; and was seeking up-weighted insight across key web analytics metrics of acquisition, activation and engagement.
Without the specific skillset available within the OptioPay team, the organisation’s Head of Business Intelligence turned to MeasureMatch to seek an experienced analytics professional to deliver the insight needed. Based in Berlin, Juliana is the owner of a boutique analytics consultancy with a strong focus on user-centric and data-driven methodologies. Within days of signing up to the MeasureMatch service, Juliana saw the OptioPay Project brief, submitted an Expression of Interest and, following a discovery and service enagement proposal process, which included a face-to-face meeting in Berlin, the two entered into a contract through the platform.
As an early MeasureMatch customer, OptioPay’s experience has helped refine the engagement process across both communications and payment processing. OptioPay and Juliana worked well together, with Juliana’s analytics expertise delivering much needed insight into the performance of OptioPay’s new product. Buyer and Expert have discussed further worth together in 2018 via the MeasureMatch platform.
