Good question. The differences are not insignificant. Partner directories are often no more than a relatively small collection of logos directing existing and prospective customers to service partners’ websites. In some cases, a number of fields need to be populated for lead generation/capture purposes. These kinds of directories are easy to set-up (initially), but they quickly become difficult and costly to maintain or they become graveyards (really often). MeasureMatch collects project fees from clients when an agreed milestone has been reached, at the end of each calendar month or when the contract ends (if the latter is less than one calendar month long).
