Previously, Mascot Online was dealing with CSV data coming daily from various sales channels. Every source had a unique structure that was not manipulable. To solve for this, Mascot Online needed to create a number of workflows, through a number of different reporting software products, including data ingestion logic that produced accurate and automated reporting.

He then cleaned and aggregated data, making it possible to leverage it using a number of data visualization tools. Justin provided training to important stakeholders across the organization, including BigQuery usage guidance and how to build powerful reports in Tableau.
