About the Client

The Requirements

While the Client had set customer experience goals and had the appropriate GA data collection in place to understand these KPIs, no permanent team / member had the skills or bandwidth to deliver clear visibility, which was directly impacting marketing and ecommerce decision-making and affecting business level priorities.

The Process

The Client opened a Buyer account with MeasureMatch, posting a Project focused on hiring an expert to audit the current GA data collection, recommend and implement optimisations and deliver a dashboard within the application to enable ease of understanding. They also wisely requested an expert who could take the inhouse team through how to analyse the data collected and so ensure future data could be understood in more depth.

The Result

After 20 Expressions of Interest from MeasureMatch Experts, the Client offered an agreement for the project to Timo D, an independent “hands on” data and analytics consultant with over a decade’s relevant experience. Working remotely from Berlin, Timo completed the audit, recommended optimisations and created a simplified GA dashboard which he then trained the inhouse team to use.
