A complex set of Google Analytics deployments, each managed via Google Tag Manager, across four commerce platforms, was fraught with legacy configurations that were yielding inconsistent data and insights across multiple reports. It was especially important to address these challenges before the most important trading period of the year, which was kicking off with Black Friday just 4 weeks away.
Kano's Head of Ecommerce, Stephanie Bales, signed up for a MeasureMatch Client account and submitted a project brief.
