Kano is a computer anyone can make. And Kano's mission is to give young people – and the young at heart – a simple, fun way to make and play with technology, and take control of the world around them.
A complex set of Google Analytics deployments, each managed via Google Tag Manager, across four commerce platforms, was fraught with legacy configurations that were yielding inconsistent data and insights across multiple reports. It was especially important to address these challenges before the most important trading period of the year, which was kicking off with Black Friday just 4 weeks away.
Kano's Head of Ecommerce, Stephanie Bales, signed up for a MeasureMatch Client account and submitted a project brief. The brief was distributed to relevant consultants across the MeasureMatch global network of independent consultants, consultancies, agencies and SIs. Within minutes, Stephanie received Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from several highly skilled and qualified consultants and consultancies (note: the MeasureMatch service provider onboarding process includes a screening, vetting, interview and/or verification from one or more technology vendors). Three service providers were selected for interviews with one chosen to enter into a flexible service engagement working remotely. All of Stephanie's requirements were addressed within the scope of the project and, importantly, in time for the holiday shopping season.
The MeasureMatch platform was successfully used to connect a London-based MeasureMatch Expert. Although both Stephanie and the consultant she selected were both based in London, all of the project work was done remotely.
