The Challenges

A complex set of Google Analytics deployments, each managed via Google Tag Manager, across four commerce platforms, was fraught with legacy configurations that were yielding inconsistent data and insights across multiple reports.

The Solution

Kano's Head of Ecommerce signed up for a MeasureMatch Buyer account and submitted a Project brief, refined with bespoke support from the MeasureMatch team and distributed to relevant consultants across the MeasureMatch global network. Consultants and consultancies submitted their Expressions of Interest within minutes. Three consultants were selected for interviews, with one chosen to enter into a flexible service engagement working remotely. All challenges were addressed within the scope of the project in time to provide broader and more accurate data across this key sales period, leading to a much-valued experience for both client and consultant.

The Result

Depending on how you #measure it, MeasureMatch is the product James Sandoval's ~10 year digital marketing services career and nearly 10 years of entrepreneurial adventures focused on marketing technology sales and data services. MeasureMatch really is the product of what he likes to call "entrepreneurial experiments" between November 2014 and March 2016 when, amongst other things, he attempted to roll up several analytics consultancies across Europe. The roll up didn't happen, but the experience was enlightening, inspiring and, importantly, it helped to shape what is now MeasureMatch.
