The client was looking to launch a new version of their FreshSales CRM (they are a new business that had been operating with one CRM implementation and wanted to make some changes for 2020). They were using FreshSales integrated with MailChimp and some other 3rd party platforms to capture actions that occur within the sales process and were looking to set up a variety of workflows and processes within the CRM to make sure they could see journeys on a granular level and roll-up actions to report on a macro level.

Yes, clients can hide their company name by simply going to Account Information in Settings and selecting ‘hide company name’.
While logged in, to reset your password go to the top right hand corner of the page, click your name and a drop down menu will appear. Click Settings and you will be taken to your dashboard, where you will find the option to reset your password.
