To support its growth goals, Garrison’s Head of Sales Operations, Jason Dowman, turned to Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 CRM software to enable faster, better customer connections and understanding.
An initial professional services engagement left Garrison with a partially deployed solution.
Jason and his team needed a better, more deeply skilled partner to help with specific customizations to fully deliver a high-quality deployment fast.
“We evaluated several other enterprise CRM vendor solutions and decided to proceed with Dynamics 365 on the basis that it was more configurable, easier to maintain, and good value for money.
Although not critical, the ability to build Microsoft PowerApps to interact with the CRM solution is a plus,” Jason said.

I spoke with three different vendors (varying from independent consultants to companies providing technical consultancy services), shortlisted from the numerous responses, all of whom were relevant and demonstrated technical ability to deliver the scope of the requirements.

Other platforms seemed to have a lot of registered technical consultants who were offering their services but the success rate of being comfortable that their experience matched my requirements was low.
