Social & Web Analytics Gurus Needed For One of the World's Largest Advertisers

Digital is fundamentally changing everything about how advertisers go to market, and the way we analyse and buy media to connect with our consumers. We are one of the world's largest advertisers, and have embarked upon a journey to build the world's best analytics function to understand and connect with our consumers like never before. As a part of this mission, we are looking for people to join our team as insights experts. You will sit as a part of our global analytics team, and will perform leading-edge analysis using social media, search, and clickstream data (to name a few). ***While some remote work is OK, this project involves a high degree of partnership with stakeholders from across our business so at least 3 days a week in our office in Toronto would be required*** We are used to working with a wide-range of digital marketing and analytics professionals, so we invite you to submit your expression of interest if this sounds like something you'd be passionate about. People who are most successful in our team typically have the following traits and skills: 1) Deep entrepreneurialism and a "get up and go" attitude. If you can clearly demonstrate a founder's mindset and the ability to create something from scratch with little direction, we want to hear from you. 2) Some experience in an analytical role, providing insights and recommendations based on the analysis of data 3) Experience with or an understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics 4) Experience with social analytics or NLP tools
