Sales Development Representative (Partner Exchange)

You’ll report into the Founder & CEO and you will work closely with some of our investors who are helping us to optimize our go-to-market strategy.

The Role

This Sales Development role is an important part of our go-to-market and go-to-ecosystem strategies.

You will identify ideal customers for MeasureMatch's emerging solution for SaaS and enterprise software vendors, the Partner Exchange.

The ideal customer you will capture the attention of includes partnerships leaders, customer success leaders and C-levels in SaaS and enterprise software organizations.

As an SDR, you will generate new revenue through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.

You will use both traditional sales channels and tools like email and phone, while also making the most of prospecting methods through social comms and more.


  • Develop a sharp and persuasive understanding of the MeasureMatch marketplace platform, especially the Partner Exchange,  plus our customers and our value promises.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Find ideal customers and build target account list (TAL).
  • Contact prospective customers through cold calls, emails, industry events, social comms and more.
  • Pitch the MeasureMatch Partner Exchange to potential customers (SaaS & enterprise software companies).
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and MeasureMatch leadership
  • Convert targets into leads and signups.
  • Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities.
  • Develop a communications cadence with prospects and existing customers (relationship management). 
  • Understand each customer's business and support her/him in the sales process as much as you're trying to convert.
  • Go above and beyond to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Provide timely responses to questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads passed to you and the success of leads converted into opportunities (all in Pipedrive).
  • Work closely with the MeasureMatch team.
  • Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes within a rapidly evolving environment.

What You Need

You have at least 1 year of experience doing net new revenue sales or technology partnerships growth in a SaaS or enterprise software organization (or related).

And, you want to really enjoy yourself with a team that is motivated, mature and highly communicative, fun and building something transformational. else.
