B2B Business Development Hunter

London, UK • Full Time Position • >£75k OTE (plus share options)

About you:

A fearless, high-integrity and superbly resourceful salesperson who works hard - and plays equally hard - to win. When you don’t win (we all fail some of the time), you’re quick to learn, adapt and jump back in stronger than ever.

You relish selling and closing via cold and warm calls (we have the numbers to dial), supported by carefully/attentively written drip and one-off email campaigns, set-up by you (with help from us).

You’re specifically adept selling into HR, digital, data, marketing and product functions in brands (e.g. retail, travel, consumer electronics and many other brands), plus marketing services agencies and consultancies, both group and independent.

This role is for you if:

  • You have 2+ years of successful outside sales experience, working autonomously or as part of a team
  • You can demonstrate successful sales of talent and/or related technology systems into HR, digital, data and marketing functions and marketing services agencies and consultancies
  • You are independently driven, you need little day-to-day management i.e. you get on with the work
  • You take pride in and celebrate the quality of your processes, organisation and output
  • You share your successes and challenges and ask for help and guidance regularly
  • Your written skills and your verbal English language skills are superb i.e. you're an exceptional communicator
  • You are relationship-driven and highly thoughtful and empathetic
  • You are professional, courteous, friendly and high-integrity
