Our goal was to select and deploy new partners for payment processing in 2021, so we're really pleased to announce that as of 1 August all payments from clients, and out to service providers, are now processed through Payoneer and Stripe.
Payoneer, which counts Adobe, Airbnb, Getty Images and Google as customers is for clients paying for services through direct bank transfers.
Stripe, used by DoorDash, Lyft, Peloton and Shopify for payment processing, is for those clients who choose to pay by card.

Payoneer is a regulated financial institution and Stripe takes security very seriously indeed.
Fundamentally, payment processing is a behind-the-scenes kind of thing, but we like to be fully transparent about how we operate, and with whom.
Moving forward, every new request for payment will clearly feature Payoneer or Stripe as the payment processing provider, and invoices for direct bank transfer-based payments will feature new bank details.
